This website is mostly informational. The free Brand X-Ray intake at /brand-xray collects your work email and website domain so we can build a report and open a Clarwiz workspace for you. There also load Google Tag Manager, which runs our measurement tags. We do not run advertising scripts.

What we collect

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and capacity purposes. We do not use them to identify you.

When you use /brand-xray

We send the domain and email you submit to our Clarwiz API to create (or resume) your workspace and generate the Brand X-Ray report. We email you a link to the report thread, login details for new accounts, and a short score glimpse. That data is handled under the same customer-data rules as the Clarwiz product.

When you contact us

If you email hello@clarwiz.com, we keep your message and address to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell or share your details, and we will delete them on request.

Customer data

For businesses running Clarwiz, data handling is governed by the service agreement: data is isolated per customer, every action is logged and exportable, and Clarwiz does not train on customer data.
