This Privacy Policy describes how Clarity ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with ClarWiz, our agentic automation platform available at clarwiz.com and app.clarwiz.com (the "Service").

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, and workspace details you provide when an account is created for you or when you sign in with Google.
  • Content you bring to the Service — documents you upload to the knowledge base, records you create, conversations handled by your agents and inbox, and configuration such as playbooks and integrations.
  • Usage and log data — actions taken in the Service (recorded in your workspace audit log), technical logs, and device/browser information needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To process your content with AI models (for example, generating an answer from your knowledge base). Your content is used to serve your workspace — we do not use it to train foundation models.
  • To communicate with you about the Service, security, and support.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's email address and basic profile information solely to authenticate you against an existing ClarWiz account. We do not receive or store your Google password, and we request no access to your Gmail, Drive, or other Google data as part of sign-in.

Third-party services

The Service uses vetted infrastructure and AI providers (such as Google Cloud for hosting and large-language-model APIs for agent reasoning) to operate. When you connect third-party apps to your workspace through integrations, data flows to and from those apps only as configured by your playbooks and only after you authorize the connection.

Data security and retention

Workspace data is isolated per tenant, access is controlled by role-based permissions, and administrative actions are recorded in audit logs. Data is retained while your account is active; you may request deletion of your workspace data at any time.
