These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ClarWiz, the agentic automation platform provided by Clarity ("we", "us") at clarwiz.com and app.clarwiz.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and workspaces

Accounts are provisioned per organization ("workspace"). You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your credentials and for keeping them secure. Workspace administrators control member access and roles.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the Service's security or tenant isolation.
• Do not use the Service to send spam or deceptive communications.
• You are responsible for the behavior of agents and playbooks you configure, including communications they send on your behalf and the third-party app connections you authorize.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you bring to the Service — documents, records, conversations, and configurations. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service to you.

AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models to generate responses and take configured actions. AI output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing configurations, applying appropriate guardrails, and verifying outcomes for consequential workflows.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve; those marked as early access or beta may change or be withdrawn.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your workspace data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
